Property Finance & Client Accounts Manager who will take full ownership of the finance and client accounting function across a 1,300‑property portfolio.

The Role
You’ll be the financial heartbeat of the business, responsible for
- Managing day‑to‑day finance operations and client accounting
- Producing financial reports, forecasts, and performance insights
- Maintaining accurate landlord and tenant ledgers
- Rent, fee, and income allocation & reconciliation
- Twice‑weekly payment runs and contractor payments
- VAT preparation, submission, and compliance
- Bank reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
- Credit control and aged debt management
- Processing and coding invoices
- Handling client financial queries with professionalism and clarity
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience in finance, client accounting, or property accounting
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT, and payment processing
- Confident managing client money accounts
- Advanced Excel and strong systems skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship‑building ability
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
- Property sector experience or accounting qualifications (AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA) beneficial
