The Role
You'll take ownership of the entire bid lifecycle, leading the preparation and submission of compelling, compliant, and commercially strong tender responses. You'll be responsible for coordinating internal stakeholders, managing deadlines, identifying commercial risks, and ensuring every submission maximises the opportunity to win. You'll also support procurement and subcontractor engagement activities, helping to drive both commercial competitiveness and project success.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with experienced Bid Writers, Tender Managers, Bid Coordinators or Commercial Bid Professionals who can demonstrate:
- A proven track record of producing successful tender submissions
- Experience within construction, engineering, utilities, infrastructure or a related sector
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of tendering principles
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple live opportunities simultaneously
- Experience working under pressure whilst maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination capabilities
