Core Mandate
Build and run a high-velocity marketing engine that consistently delivers qualified pipeline for all products. Own growth targets end-to-end from acquisition through to conversion, working in tight partnership with Sales, Product and Leadership. Brand and product marketing are aspects of the role, but the focus is performance programmes as the first priority.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Growth
- Own all demand generation, paid acquisition, SEO, CRO and funnel optimisation.
- Build multi-channel growth loops and weekly experimentation cycles.
- Run attribution, forecasting, analytics and performance dashboards.
- Deliver predictable, scalable inbound pipeline for enterprise and BPO markets.
Content & Campaigns
- Build a fast, data-driven content engine (short-form, product content, video, technical explainers).
Website & Conversion
- Own the website as a growth product: user journey, messaging, landing pages, A/B tests and conversion flows.
- Partner closely with Sales on ICP definition, campaign design, outbound enablement and win‑rate optimisation.
- Ensure every campaign is tied to revenue outcomes.
Marketing Operations
- Implement clean, modern marketing ops across HubSpot, analytics, automation and reporting.
- Build reliable measurement, CAC/LTV visibility and channel ROI.
- Player‑manager: execute personally while coaching a lean, high‑output team.
- Manage external freelancers/partners for content, design and brand.
- Foster a culture of speed, iteration and accountability.
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a brand/communications‑only role.
- Not a delegator/manager who sits above the work.
- Not someone building long campaign decks without measurable outcomes.
Ideal Profile
- 7 years+ in B2B SaaS/AI marketing with deep performance expertise.
- Proven record of building a pipeline engine in a scale‑up (Series A–C) environment.
- Highly analytical, fluent with data, attribution and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong storyteller who can bridge technical products with commercial impact.
- Comfortable working across multiple product lines and buyer types (enterprise, BPO, OEM, defence).
- Thrives in fast change, ambiguity and high accountability.
Success in First 6 Months
- Clear CAC/LTV and funnel reporting.
- Early momentum across APP, SDK and embedded technology inbound channels.
