The Technical Lead is responsible for the architecture, performance and scalability of the platform delivering a competitive and differentiated cost base. You will take proven technical skills and capabilities and ensure they operate at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve scalable platform architecture (cloud, data, AI layers)
  • Ensure performance, reliability and security of the platform
  • Manage system integration across customer environments and data sources
  • Optimise use of AI models and infrastructure for efficiency and cost
  • Implement monitoring, observability and resilience frameworks
  • Lead technical delivery for scaling from pilot to enterprise deployment
  • Internal tech support (website, email, etc.)

  • Strong engineering background in distributed systems / cloud platforms
  • Experience scaling AI/data platforms
  • Deep understanding of system architecture, performance and reliability

The initial build of all new product capabilities including:

  • designing governance frameworks for advanced technologies
  • building and continuously improving technology platforms
  • working with partners to co-create new tools and capabilities
  • translating complex technical or regulatory concepts into practical solutions
  • contributing to the evolution of products, research, or partnerships.

You will work alongside talented colleagues and forward-thinking partners to create solutions that shape the future of responsible technology.
