Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cash and stock reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Monitor trade settlements and resolve failed trades
- Support the processing and reconciliation of corporate actions
- Verify trade details and maintain accurate operational records
- Liaise with Trading, Compliance, Operations and external counterparts to resolve queries
- Produce operational reporting and maintain audit trails
- Assist in improving and scaling operational workflows and controls
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience within investment management, hedge funds, trading firms, prime brokerage or banking operations
- Experience in reconciliations, settlements, trade support or corporate actions
- Exposure to multiple asset classes is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work within a fast-moving environment
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Python, VBA or SQL knowledge is beneficial but not essential
