The Role

They are looking for a
Director / Senior Director of AI & Engineering
to lead multidisciplinary teams across
AI, ML, and engineering
, reporting directly to their CTO and working closely with the rest of C-Suite and heads of other teams.

You\’ll:

• Define and execute the
  technical roadmap
  for the company\’s AI platform, from training and deployment of large scale foundation models to the systems and infrastructure supporting them.
• Oversee
  engineering excellence
  across multiple subteams (AI research, ML systems, data, and platform), ensuring scalability, reliability, and scientific rigor.
• Guide the development of
  multimodal generative models
  integrating molecular, structural, and environmental data, enabling real world biological design applications.
• Partner with senior research, biology, and product leads to translate cutting edge models into deployed scientific tools and commercial applications.
• Build and mentor an exceptional team of engineers, scientists, and ML practitioners working at the frontier of computational biology.
