INSURANCE ACCOUNT DIRECTOR Competitive Salary + Benefits Home Based (Attend monthly London based meetings) ROLE OVERVIEW You will lead and grow a portfolio of key residential property clients, acting as their trusted insurance partner and advocate.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS You will spend most days engaging with clients and insurers, planning renewals, shaping programme design and resolving issues quickly and confidently.

You will balance strategic portfolio development with hands-on broking, pipeline management and clear, timely communication to keep stakeholders aligned.
