Sales Executive – Mid-Market to Enterprise - fully remote in the UK or US or UAE or Australia. My client is a high-growth Financial Crime, Data & AI-driven SaaS company helping organisations detect, prevent, and manage financial crime at scale. Our platform combines advanced data, AI and machine learning to deliver market-leading solutions across:
- Financial Crime Risk Management
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF)
- KYC & Risk Assessment
- Watchlist, Customer & Payment Screening
- Transaction Monitoring & Alert Adjudication
- Case Management & Regulatory Reporting
As demand for our solutions continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue across mid-market and enterprise customers.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will own the full sales cycle and be responsible for closing complex, high-value opportunities. You will work directly with senior stakeholders across compliance, risk, operations, and technology, positioning our platform as a strategic solution to their financial crime and regulatory challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business across mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from discovery to negotiation and close
- Engage and influence senior decision-makers, including Heads of Compliance, Risk, Operations, and C-suite
- Deliver compelling, value-based product demonstrations and proposals
- Navigate complex procurement, legal, and regulatory buying processes
- Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline and accurate forecasts
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to win and expand accounts
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, selling to mid-market and enterprise customers
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience selling financial crime, risk, compliance, data, or AI-driven solutions
- Strong understanding of AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, screening, or related domains
- Confident consultative seller with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
- Experience with CRM and modern sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger)
