The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships across Europe, acting as a trusted advisor to key accounts and driving long-term commercial partnerships. You will work closely with clients to understand their intellectual property, patent, and innovation management needs while ensuring high levels of engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
- Build strong senior stakeholder relationships across legal, IP, and innovation teams
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services and solutions
- Collaborate with internal product and customer success teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Support commercial growth across French-speaking markets
- Act as a market and client advocate within the business
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Enterprise Sales
- Prior experience within the intellectual property, patent analytics, legal technology, or innovation ecosystem is essential
- Fluent French language skills at business level required (native French strongly preferred)
