The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a high-growth AI-driven SaaS provider transforming core banking technology across Europe. As part of continued expansion, they are hiring a Pre-Sales Consultant (EMEA) to play a pivotal role in driving enterprise deals with Tier 1–3 banks and financial institutions. This is a customer-facing, strategic role at the intersection of banking, AI, and cloud technology, working alongside sales, product, and delivery teams to shape complex solutions and win new business.
The Role
- Partner closely with Sales to support new business and expansion opportunities across EMEA
- Lead discovery sessions with banks to understand business, technical, and regulatory requirements
- Design and present AI-powered core banking solutions tailored to client needs
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and POCs
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions
- Support RFP/RFI responses and contribute to solution architecture and proposals
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Digital Transformation teams
Your Profile
Essential:
- Proven experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Sales Engineering within banking or fintech SaaS
- Strong understanding of core banking systems (lending, payments, deposits, or digital banking platforms)
- Experience selling into financial institutions across Europe (EMEA exposure essential)
- Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
Highly Desirable:
- Exposure to AI / ML / data-driven platforms in financial services
- Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with modernisation / core transformation programmes
- Fluency in an additional European language (e.g. French, German, Spanish, or Italian)
