We're working with an award-winning housebuilder to recruit a Senior Property Manager to take a client-side lead on their growing portfolio of residential developments. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the chance to join a reputable firm with a strong pipeline and a people-first culture.

Role Overview:

  • Manage residential blocks across multiple developments
  • Oversee managing agents and ensure service charge and safety compliance
