Type: Long-term Contract (Outside IR35) Our client, a specialist engineering design consultancy within the water sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Design Civil Engineer to support the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team, working across multidisciplinary projects from concept through to detailed design.
You will be responsible for developing practical, efficient, and compliant engineering solutions while providing technical guidance to junior team members and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Produce engineering design deliverables that meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Develop practical solutions from project scopes, technical assessments, and site investigations.
Communicate technical solutions effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Support and mentor CAD technicians, graduates, and junior engineers.
Prepare design risk assessments, calculations, reports, specifications, and technical documentation.
