Key Responsibilities
- Produce regular cost and revenue reports to support financial oversight
- Maintain accurate daily work records and commercial documentation
- Prepare and manage Schedule of Rates pricing
- Reconcile subcontractor accounts and prepare payment certificates
- Support valuations, cost tracking and commercial forecasting
- Liaise with operational and planning teams to monitor progress and scope
