My Client, a Build Consultancy that works closely with large commercial buildings, including Central & local Government buildings, is continuing to grow their project management team. We have an opportunity for a driven individual aspiring to progress their career within our team.

You will lead in the allocation of actions, tracking, monitoring, and reporting project progress. You will take complete responsibility for some of our smaller projects and support senior colleagues as you gain experience on our major programmes of work. Additionally, you will update contractual milestones in project systems to ensure that the document and project management plans are set, follow up on project progress, inform the main stakeholders of any deviations, and communicate time recording instructions to all employees.

Skills and experience required:

  1. Ability to support the management of projects, programmes, and portfolios from inception to close out.
  2. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  3. Outstanding awareness of NEC suite is a MUST.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. Full appreciation of Health & Safety competence such as CDM & CSCS Card (can be attained on joining).

Ideally, you should come from a consultancy construction background, have the ability to lead a series of projects, manage client relationships, and be proficient in the use of MS Office and similar digital software. Knowledge of project management plans and previous experience of working on civil engineering schemes, as well as experience in Working Environment Agency related projects, is important.

Experience in Social Housing is also preferred.
