Principal Mechanical Engineer

Are you a seasoned Mechanical Design Engineer with a passion for the water sector? We are looking for aPrincipal Design Engineer (Mechanical)to join a growing team, taking the lead on key water projects forAMP8.\\n\\nThis is a remote role with occasional travel required a few days each month.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nLead and develop a multi-location team of junior engineers\\n\\nDrive the mechanical design of wastewater, clean water, and biosolids treatment projects\\n\\nOversee design and project management from concept to completion\\n\\nDevelop design reports, drawings, and calculations\\n\\nDesign energy-saving solutions and balance of plant systems\\n\\nEngage in HAZID, HAZOP, and LOPA studies\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)\\n\\n7+ years of relevant design experience\\n\\nChartered Engineer or working towards (CEng)\\n\\nProven experience in the Water Industry\\n\\nStrong computer and communication skills\\n\\nFull UK driving license and own transport required\\n\\nApply today or get in touch with (url removed) for more information.\\n\\nOnly those with proof of right to work in the UK should apply for this role
