An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Electrical Engineer to take ownership of the electrical scope across multiple major water frameworks. This role will suit an experienced engineer capable of leading technical delivery, managing teams, and ensuring high‑quality engineering outputs across all design and delivery stages. You will play a key role in driving engineering excellence, coordinating multi‑disciplinary interfaces, and supporting project teams across a range of UK water infrastructure schemes. This is a long term contract, outside ir35.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of the electrical engineering scope across multiple projects
  • Manage schedules, MDRs, change control, reporting, and technical coordination
  • Delegate and oversee work packages within the electrical team
  • Support estimating activities including CTR development
  • Provide technical leadership across all deliverables, including: Basis of Design, Power systems, earthing, lightning, load
