We re looking for 2 x Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our growing US Infrastructure Engineering team, helping some of North America s fastest-growing engineering businesses find exceptional engineering talent.
No prior recruitment experience is required.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 6 12 months sales experience looking to build a successful career in recruitment.
From day one, you ll receive hands-on training while working alongside our senior leadership team on a newly established desk with a proven track record of success and a strong pipeline of live vacancies.
You ll quickly become a specialist in the US engineering market, managing the candidate side of the recruitment process and supporting recruitment campaigns within one of the world s most in-demand infrastructure engineering markets, benefiting from high-value placements, fast-moving recruitment processes and uncapped earning potential.
