We are working with a well-established commercial electrical fit out contractor delivering projects across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring in a senior electrical professional to join their Electrical Fit Out team in a role focused on commercial electrical fit out work, estimating and pricing.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified electrician who has run their own jobs, is comfortable with pricing, quoting and costing, and is now looking to step off the tools into a more office-based position.

The Role

  • The role focuses on commercial electrical fit out projects and includes estimating and pricing electrical works from drawings and specifications.
  • Reviewing project information and supporting bids and tenders.
  • Working closely with project delivery and management teams.
  • Mainly office based in Westerham, with regular site and client visits.

Requirements

  • Gold JIB Electrician or Gold JIB Approved Electrician Card (or demonstrable equivalent experience and qualifications).
  • Strong commercial electrical fit out background.
  • Proven experience running your own jobs.
  • Confident with estimating, pricing, quoting or costing.
  • Keen to move into a senior, off the tools role.
