We're looking for 2 x Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our growing US Infrastructure Engineering team, helping some of North America's fastest-growing engineering businesses find exceptional engineering talent. No prior recruitment experience is required.This role is ideal for a recent graduate that is looking to build a successful career in recruitment. From day one, you'll receive hands-on training while working alongside our senior leadership team on a newly established desk with a proven track record of success and a strong pipeline of live vacancies. You'll quickly become a specialist in the US engineering market, managing the candidate side of the recruitment process and supporting recruitment campaigns within one of the world's most in-demand infrastructure engineering markets, benefiting from high-value placements, fast-moving recruitment processes and uncapped earning potential. Sourcing, engaging, and qualifying high-quality engineering candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, our internal CRM and referrals Build and maintain a strong network of engineering professionals across the US market Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement through to successful placement Delivering high-quality, well-qualified candidate shortlists to consultants and clients, ensuring a fast and efficient hiring process Recent graduates are welcome to apply, but this opportunity is also open to candidates who graduated earlier and meet the below criteria.
