Role Overview: My client is seeking a technically skilled, performance-driven leader to head their Highways and Infrastructure team. With your extensive civil engineering experience, you will drive project success through effective team leadership and strategic implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
  • Optimise cost-effectiveness through smart business systems.
  • Manage project delivery from start to finish.
  • Handle financial aspects like costing, valuation, and forecasting.
  • Lead Infrastructure and Building Drainage teams.

  • Chartered Civil Engineer with 15+ years' experience.
  • Expertise in Highways Geometric Design (DMRB), Infrastructure, Public Realm, Drainage, SuDs, Earthworks, and Utilities.

  • Strong operational and project management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
