We are currently seeking an experienced Principal Electrical & ICA Engineer to join a national Engineering Team.

What You'll Be Doing Lead the Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (EICA) design for water and wastewater projects.
Ensure that work meets all technical, quality, safety, environmental and legislative standards.
Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams, project stakeholders, supply chain partners, and clients.
Produce high-quality design deliverables, including calculations, reports, drawings and construction-ready documentation.
Apply and promote standard design practices across projects.
Contribute to positive Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) outcomes.
Provide mentoring and performance development to junior team members.
Gain hands-on experience with commercial, programme and financial project matters.
You'll be passionate about working on projects that have a real-world impact and be driven to deliver the highest standards of engineering.
Key Skills and Experience: Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Chartered status with the Institution of Engineering & Technology (IET) or similar.
Proven experience delivering design and build solutions in the water or process industry.
Experience with BIM-led design and digital tools such as Revit or Plant 3D.
Familiarity with water industry client requirements is highly desirable.
A full UK driving licence (or ability to travel) is required, including to remote sites.
