Are you an experienced Information Manager / BIM professional looking to play a key role on one of the UK's most high-profile infrastructure projects? We're working with a leading organisation delivering HS2 BIM Design and as-built information, and they're looking to bring in a skilled Information Manager (BIM) to drive data integrity, compliance, and digital delivery excellence.
The Role
As Information Manager, you'll take ownership of as-built information delivery, ensuring accurate, compliant, and structured data across complex rail infrastructure works. You'll act as the bridge between design, construction, and digital teams, ensuring that all project information aligns with project standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and validation of as-built BIM data across HS2 packages
- Ensure compliance with project information standards
- Oversee Common Data Environment (CDE) processes and workflows
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure accurate asset data capture
- Implement and maintain information management plans (IMPs)
- Support handover of structured data into asset management systems
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Information Manager / BIM Manager on major infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of digital delivery frameworks
- Experience working with as-built / asset information (ideally rail or civils)
- Proficiency with ProjectWise
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
