About the Role:

This position is highly design-focused and ideal for an engineer who thrives in a technically demanding environment. You’ll be responsible for producing detailed structural solutions and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate structural design calculations for reinforced concrete and structural steel elements
  • Develop high-quality drawings and technical reports
  • Ensure compliance with relevant design codes, standards, and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buildability and efficiency
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers as needed

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 2 - 7 years experience in Structural Design
  • Proficiency in structural design software such as Tekla, Tedds, StaadPro, or similar
  • Strong background in reinforced concrete design and familiarity with structural steel
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Chartered or working towards chartership (ICE or IStructE) is advantageous
