Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer
Location: Central London
Are you a forward-thinking Senior Structural Engineer with 6 – 10 years of experience? Alexander Associates are currently working with a household name in the engineering consultancy sector that is looking to grow their London office with a Senior Structural Engineer who has knowledge of complex steel and concrete building structures.
A growing pipeline of work heading into Q2 has created a necessity for them to bolster their structures team with a Senior Structural Engineer that shares their passion for engineering excellence.
The Senior Structural Engineer will be part of a highly skilled team of Engineers and Technicians delivering mission-critical projects across the business.
Responsibilities/Experiences as a Senior Structural Engineer:
- Design and analysis of structural components for a range of projects
- Work with all common building structures materials
- Leading project delivery and managing internal resources
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure project success
- Working with the team to further expand and develop the client\’s solutions
- Mentoring Junior Engineers coming into the team
- Attend design meetings when required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant Structural Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Chartered or working towards chartership with either IStructE or ICE
- 6 – 10 years engineering experience
- Proficiency in structural design software i.e., Tekla Structural Designer
