Rate: £500/day

Contract: 6 months

We’re partnering with a leading client in the UK water sector to recruit a Programme Controls Lead for a high-impact contract role. If you’re a P6 expert with a track record in project controls, change management, and NEC frameworks, this is your chance to lead performance across a major infrastructure programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and uphold project controls standards across the full asset lifecycle
• Oversee NEC contract compliance and framework contractor performance
• Drive reporting accuracy, value management, and risk integration
• Lead a project controls team with a strong focus on outcomes, inclusion, and H&S
• Innovate and improve controls processes across tech and systems

You’ll Bring:

• Advanced Primavera P6 training
• A degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Strong leadership, reporting, and communication skills
• Deep experience in project controls for major infrastructure builds
• Expertise in Change Management, Earned Value, and VOWD

✅ Bonus if you’ve got PM certifications or experience leading large controls teams.
