Are you an experienced Project Manager seeking a long-term opportunity within major water and utilities projects? We are supporting a leading engineering contractor as they continue to expand their delivery teams across the region. This is an excellent chance to lead significant infrastructure schemes, driving successful outcomes across safety, quality, and programme performance while playing a key role in shaping critical water sector projects.
Role Overview:
- Lead multi-disciplinary project teams from design through to construction, commissioning, and final handover.
- Manage project scope, programme, risk, cost control and reporting to ensure consistent and efficient delivery.
- Oversee site activities, ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate with engineering, commercial, and operational teams to maintain fully integrated project delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners to drive collaborative progress.
- Support continuous improvement, promoting best practice across project management processes.
About You:
- Proven experience managing projects within the water, utilities, or wider infrastructure sectors.
- Strong commercial and programme management capabilities, with the ability to prioritise and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and delivery-focused mindset.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams in a live construction environment.
- Relevant project management or engineering qualifications (APM, PRINCE2, Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent).
- SMSTS, CSCS and/or EUSR Water Hygiene desirable.
