We are seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead a major aviation project on behalf of a respected contractor. This is a contract opportunity outside of IR35 , ideal for an experienced professional who has successfully delivered substantial MEP packages within complex aviation environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of MEP delivery on a high-profile aviation project
- Coordinate design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases across mechanical, electrical, and public health disciplines
- Drive programme performance, commercial accountability, and compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including airport authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior MEP Project Manager on major UK aviation projects (e.g., airports, terminals, infrastructure upgrades)
- Strong understanding of building services in regulated environments
