We’re now looking to appoint a Land Buyer / Manager who is not only commercially astute but also passionate about shaping the places where people live and thrive.
♂️ What You'll Be Doing:
- Conducting land valuations and negotiating acquisitions.
- Sourcing and assessing immediate and long-term land opportunities.
- Securing strategic sites through option agreements and proactive outreach.
- Collaborating with planning authorities, land agents, and legal teams.
- Negotiating Section 106 agreements with Registered Providers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in land buying or land management.
- Solid understanding of planning processes and local development frameworks.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong market awareness.
