Human Resources Director (HRD)
Alexander Associates are working with a groundbreaking company at the forefront of private spaceflight innovation, our client pioneers environmentally responsible launch systems and engineering excellence.
The Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Human Resources Director to lead the strategic direction of their people operations. This is a key leadership role that calls for someone with strong judgment, practical experience, and a clear vision for helping our team and company grow.
Principal Responsibilities:
- To design, guide, and implement human capital strategy in alignment with the organisation’s mission and long-term vision.
- To lead with discernment all HR operations, ensuring compliance with prevailing legislation and upholding the highest standards of corporate governance.
- To preside over talent acquisition, performance management, and interpersonal relations across all departments, fostering cohesion and accountability.
- To champion the company’s employer brand and ensure its resonance both internally and across the wider talent market.
- To manage the departmental budget with diligence, while anticipating organisational resource needs with foresight and precision.
- To craft and deploy tailored learning programmes and succession plans for the development of emerging and high-potential leaders.
- To curate and refine compensation schemes and employee recognition initiatives that reflect merit and promote longevity.

Expectations & Credentials:
- A minimum of five years’ distinguished experience within the human resources domain, preferably in high-velocity sectors such as IT or advanced engineering.

- Proven capability in retention and recognition strategy.
