We are working with a leading UK-based space company based in Glasgow, developing advanced rocket and launch vehicle technologies that are helping to re-establish the UK’s space launch capability.
As part of this expansion, they are seeking a Technical Document Writer to enhance the quality, clarity, and consistency of technical documentation across all divisions.
- Plan, develop, write, and edit technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and engineering reports.
- Produce user manuals, data sheets, and technical summaries.
- Manage timelines and ensure documents meet project delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with teams across test sites, operations, and vehicle assembly.
Requirements:
- Degree in an engineering discipline (Aerospace, Mechanical, or similar).
- ~3+ years of experience in technical writing within an engineering environment.
- ~ Experience performing gap analyses to improve existing documentation systems.
- Valid passport and right to work in the UK.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required to meet deadlines.
