We’re excited to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and forward-thinking organisation within the UK water industry. They are seeking a Project Commercial Manager to take the lead on commercial and cost management across critical infrastructure projects. What You'll Be Doing
- Own and deliver commercial performance across the full project lifecycle – from estimate to final account.
- Drive robust cost forecasting and ensure financial information is audit-ready and accurate.
- Shape and lead procurement strategy and subcontractor management aligned with NEC contracts.
- Work side-by-side with the Project Director and stakeholders to drive value and mitigate risk.
- Develop commercial processes and mentor junior team members to raise overall capability.
What We're Looking For
- HNC/Degree qualified and ideally MRICS/CIOB/CICES.
- Proven experience delivering large and/or complex projects in infrastructure or utilities (project values ranging from £100k to £multi-millions).
- Skilled in:
- Team leadership
