My client is in need of a sharp, experienced Business Change Analyst who can hold complex technology change together from end to end. You'll be the connective tissue across a multi-technology, telecoms environment — keeping testing, stakeholders, and BAU transition aligned and moving.
What you'll own:
- End-to-end change management — from design through UAT and into BAU handover
- Coordinating testing conversations, translating outcomes for business stakeholders, and keeping sign-off on track
- Managing change impacts, dependencies, and risks across complex multi-vendor network environments
- Building trusted relationships across technical and business teams, closing the gaps before they become blockers
What you'll bring:
- Solid business change analyst experience in telecoms, network, or complex technology programmes
- Hands-on UAT coordination — managing defects, driving sign-off, keeping business stakeholders in the loop
- Comfortable across multiple technologies and workstreams simultaneously
