UK Wealth Proposition Lead / Business Manager (Contract)
A wealth manager is seeking an experienced senior UK Wealth Proposition Lead / Business Manager to transform a business strategy into a market-ready UK proposition.
Working alongside senior executives, you will validate and refine the proposition using your UK wealth management expertise, develop pricing and commercial structures, and translate strategic concepts into a compelling, executable product offering.
This is an opportunity to challenge, enhance and deliver a proposition that is commercially viable, operationally robust and aligned to the expectations of the UK wealth market.
Qualifications & Experience
- Significant experience within UK Wealth Management, Private Banking or Investment Management.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering client propositions, products or strategic initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience designing pricing models and commercial frameworks.
- Ability to engage, influence and challenge senior stakeholders while maintaining a delivery-focused approach.
- Background in a senior Business Manager, Proposition, Client Strategy or Customer Experience leadership role with a hands-on delivery mindset.
This is a £600-700/day PAYE role (Cf. £715-830 umbrella), based London, initially for six month.
