ServiceNow Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. You will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ServiceNow projects from initiation through to delivery, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Track and report progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in ServiceNow processes and delivery methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow governance and change management protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects across modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations.
- ServirceNow Project Management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Project Portfolio Management, ITSM) are desirable.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
