We’re working with a leading organisation in the Consumer Goods sector, helping them deliver large-scale technology transformation programmes that underpin supply chain agility, omnichannel retail experiences, and data-driven decision-making. This team plays a key role in simplifying and integrating complex IT environments—often in the context of post-merger and acquisition programmes—while enabling innovation in customer engagement and operational efficiency.
As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you’ll work closely with commercial, supply chain, marketing, and technology leaders to design and implement architectures that connect every part of the value chain—from manufacturing and logistics to in-store and online sales. You’ll ensure technology strategies support brand growth, market expansion, and the adoption of new digital capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the design and delivery of enterprise architecture solutions spanning ERP, supply chain management, CRM, e-commerce, and in-store technologies.
- Driving post-merger and acquisition integration projects, with a focus on IT simplification, rationalisation, and scalability.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps that support business priorities such as direct-to-consumer growth, personalised marketing, and sustainability initiatives.
- Providing architectural governance to ensure solutions are secure, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Translating complex business requirements into actionable technology strategies and overseeing successful implementation.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, with a strong background in the Consumer Goods sector.
- Understanding of sector-specific challenges, including seasonal demand planning, global supply chain visibility, product lifecycle management, and customer experience personalisation.
- Familiarity with consumer goods technology platforms—ERP (SAP, Oracle), supply chain and warehouse management systems, e-commerce platforms, and customer analytics tools.
- TOGAF certification (or equivalent).
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end transformation programmes in fast-moving, competitive markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align technology and commercial strategies.
