A leading quantitative technology-driven firm is building a next-generation Identity and Access Management (IAM) capability to underpin its global infrastructure. They are seeking a skilled DevSecOps Engineer with deep Linux expertise and a security-first mindset to play a critical role in designing and deploying this new authentication and authorization platform.
You will join a newly established security engineering function and take ownership of foundational elements of a greenfield IAM architecture. This role involves full lifecycle responsibility — from design and implementation to operationalisation — of secure identity systems and automated infrastructure components.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in systems or security engineering within Linux-centric environments
- Expert-level understanding of IAM concepts and architecture
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing HashiCorp Vault (preferably from scratch)
- Familiarity with Kerberos, LDAP, and other secure authentication mechanisms
- Experience with containerised environments and automation tooling (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration abilities
- Degree from a top-tier institution in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
Desirable
- Exposure to high-performance or low-latency environments
- Prior experience in financial services or trading environments
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) principles
