A public sector organisation is undertaking a major business finance process change initiative and are looking for a Programme Manager to run a complex programme to re-engineer cross-business finance processes and create alignment to their finance systems. You will work across multiple business units with common finance processes, including income collection, cash allocation, and billing, to reengineer these processes in line with a broader SAP implementation.
You will have experience managing complex business programmes in regulatory/compliance focused environments, being responsible for detailed programme planning, execution, oversight, governance, risk and issues management, and programme team leadership. You will have excellent senior stakeholder management skills.
You should apply for this role if you are/have:
- 3+ years programme management experience within complex and regulated environments
- A proven track record of cross-business, cross-functional programme delivery
- Experience in projects within business finance functions, with a focus on process-based changes
- ERP/SAP experience is preferred but please note this is not a functional/technical role
- Industry experience in housing, property management, or public sector is ideal
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution
This a £650-700/day umbrella rate role. Hybrid with 2-3 days/week in Worcestershire. Initial 6 months on amulet-year programme.
