Our client, a leading technology consulting firm, is looking for an experienced PMO Lead to support a large-scale Infrastructure and Cloud Transformation Programme based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving governance, delivery oversight, and programme controls across a complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiative.
As the PMO Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and managing programme governance, ensuring effective reporting, financial oversight, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams. You will work closely with programme leadership, technical teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic infrastructure and cloud initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO function for a major Infrastructure and Cloud Transformation Programme.
- Establish and maintain programme governance frameworks, processes, and controls.
- Drive programme planning, reporting, RAID management, and dependency tracking.
- Produce high-quality executive reporting and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Monitor programme finances, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
- Ensure effective management of programme risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Coordinate governance forums, steering committees, and programme reviews.
- Support programme leadership with decision-making through accurate and timely management information.
- Implement best practice PMO methodologies and continuously improve delivery processes.
Required Experience:
- Extensive experience leading PMO functions within large-scale Infrastructure and Cloud Transformation programmes.
- Proven track record of supporting complex technology transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of programme governance, delivery frameworks, and portfolio management.
- Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, resource planning, and programme controls.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at executive level.
- Strong experience with RAID management, dependency management, and executive reporting.
- Demonstrable experience working within technology consulting, professional services, or large transformation environments.
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
