Operating Model / Organisational Design / Workforce Design – Management Consulting
Alexander Ash are working with a boutique consultancy who are experiencing a period of significant growth across their Operating Model / Organisational Design / Workforce Transformation practice.
They are looking for professionals at Senior Consultant / Manager / Principal levels to help clients (across sectors) leverage their operating model and organisational strategy as a foundation for ongoing transformation. The role also involves bringing a workforce perspective to organisational design, processes, and ways of working.
As a Workforce Transformation Specialist , you will:
- Lead and deliver strategic workforce transformation initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Design and implement operating models that align workforce capabilities with business objectives.
- Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities while enhancing workforce effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their current workforce structures, identify challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client relationship management.
Requirements needed –
- A strong background in management consulting (big 4 or similar), with a focus on workforce transformation, operating model design, organisational design and cost optimisation.
- Proven experience leading complex projects from concept to implementation.
- Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative and adaptable approach, ability to work well within a small, and flatter structure consulting environment.
