Microsoft Dynamics CRM Director, Senior Manager, and Senior Consultant Permanent | Across the UK I am currently working with a leading consulting firm that is establishing a brand-new Digital Platforms Practice aligned with Microsoft Dynamics. They are seeking professionals at Senior Principal/Director and Principal/Senior Manager levels to help shape and drive this emerging practice area. Requirements A strong background with 7–20 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, including advisory experience across various levels. A minimum of 5 years in a consulting role . Extensive expertise in providing MSD365 CRM advisory services across multiple roles. Proven experience in driving digital transformation initiatives using the MSD365 platform, its ecosystem, and emerging technologies. In-depth knowledge of MSD365 CRM core functionalities, including Sales, Service, and Field Service , with a preference for expertise in Industry Clouds such as Financial Services, Healthcare, and Retail. Familiarity with tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI , and Co-Pilot .
