A leading investment bank is improving their trade surveillance capability and has an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in systems and data change for the function.

You will be responsible for driving business requirements around data and understanding front-to-back data flows, around trade surveillance systems, as well as driving data consistency, validity, testing, and controls. This will involve in-depth SQL data work.

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

  • 5+ years IT business analysis within financial markets
  • Solid understanding of trade surveillance and trade surveillance systems
  • Solid financial product and booking model knowledge across multiple asset classes
  • Strong understanding of relevant data flows and controls for trade surveillance
  • Excellent SQL data skills for data interrogation and manipulation
  • Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution

This is a £500-550/day umbrella rate contract, based in London, initially for six months. Hybrid working.
