Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director SAP Consulting to play a senior part of our clients SAP advisory, implementation, and transformation services practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for the SAP consulting function, defining vision, capability roadmap, and service offerings.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of major SAP programmes (ECC β S/4HANA transformations, module implementations, integrations, and optimisations).
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing SAP consulting team across functional and technical domains.
- Act as executive sponsor for key clients, ensuring strong relationships, value delivery, and satisfaction.
- Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, resource planning, forecasting, and utilisation.
- Drive pre-sales activity, solution design, proposals, and RFP responses to grow the SAP pipeline.
- Ensure delivery governance, best-practice frameworks, and quality assurance across all SAP engagements.
- Stay abreast of SAP product evolution, industry trends, and emerging technologies to guide clientsβ digital strategies.
Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership or practice management roles.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-module SAP programmes (preferably S/4HANA).
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing P&L for a consulting practice.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite advisory.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive capability development.
- Deep understanding of SAP architecture, integration, and transformation methodologies.
