Business Analyst – Instant Payments – Commercial Banking. A leading international bank are building a new corporate banking payments capability and are looking for an experienced business analyst to play a key role on the launch of new payments products and features.
This is an opportunity for a business analyst from a business rather than IT background to play a key role in the analysis of business requirements, current/future states, business processes, and operating model design, for someone with a strong background in payments within a commercial/transaction banking context. You will ideally have experience working on a recent SEPA instant payments analysis and implementation.
You should apply for this role if you are/have:
- 5+ years commercial/corporate banking payments experience with strong understanding of major payment schemas (Ideally in UK "big 5" banks)
- Demonstrable experience on new product/new business/principally commercial projects, rather than risk/compliance
- SEPA instant payments analysis, design and implementation experience is highly desirable
- End-to-end business analysis experience including operating model, business process, and requirements analysis
- Core business / product background rather than technical/developer route is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
- Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution
This is a £550-600/day role-based London initially for six months; largely office based in central London.
