A global consultancy is seeking an experienced AI Strategy Director with a strong background in life sciences or pharmaceutical industries.
The role involves guiding organizations on AI adoption, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation strategies to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI and digital transformation strategies tailored for life sciences or pharma organizations.
- Advise on AI applications across R&D, clinical trials, supply chain, and patient engagement.
- Conduct market, technology, and competitive analyses to identify AI opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI road maps and governance frameworks.
- Support change management and adoption of AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI strategy consulting within life sciences, pharma, or biotech.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in healthcare and pharma.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data strategy, digital transformation, and technology implementation.
- Previous consulting experience either with a Big 4, MBB, or similar
