I am currently recruiting for a mobile AC engineer. You will have a City and Guilds, NVQ or equivalent with FGAS Cat 1, with a proven track record in commercial maintenance. You will be working out of London covering commercial buildings.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties will include:

  • All PPM and reactive maintenance on splits and multi-splits
  • AHUs, changing filters and adjusting belts
  • VRVs, ARFs, PPM checks on chillers and general PPMs on site
  • Escorting sub-contractors
  • Working with other mobile engineers
  • General paperwork

Hours: 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £48K basic with overtime and 1 in 4 call out
