My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance operative to join the teams in Wembley. You will have a background in maintenance as well as be client facing.

Sector: Property Maintenance

Duties will include all planned and reactive maintenance including:

  • Basic carpentry (e.g. door closures)
  • Basic plumbing (e.g. changing toilet seat, taps)
  • Changing lamps
  • Basic tiling
  • Basic painting
  • Helping other maintenance operatives

Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday

Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 with Bonus 12.5%, overtime and company benefits.
