Our client is a medium sized FM Service Provider with a lovely portfolio of clients across the country. It has an immediate vacancy for a proven Contract Manager based in the West Midlands to head up a TFM contract.
As the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of a hard and soft services contract based out of Walsall, with other sites in Nottingham and Cheshire which have onsite engineers and staff. Each site is commercial office space and the end user (client) is based in the West Midlands.
The successful Contract Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role, be able to manage and motivate onsite and remote teams, P&L, client relationship development, and look at ways of improving delivery.
