My client is currently recruiting for a lead shift maintenance electrician based at a research institution in Sutton. You will have an electrical qualification as well as 18th edition and test and inspection, with a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include planned maintenance within the building and the labs, from plant checks in the morning, to lighting, lamp changing and small installations, to fault finding back to fuse boards, panels, sockets, data points, reactive maintenance, as well as leading and helping with the testing schedule on the shutdowns (twice a year).
Hours: 7-7 Days only, 4 on 4 off
Salary: £47.8K with shift allowance when on shift, overtime as well as company benefits. This is a great opportunity.
