My client is currently recruiting for a shift maintenance operative based in Canary Wharf. You don't need a specific qualification, but a background in commercial maintenance is essential.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include:
- Working with x2 other engineers helping them with jobs
- Carrying out temp tap tests and basic water hygiene
- Replacing door handles
- Adjusting door closures
- AHU and fan coil cleaning over weekends
- Basic plumbing
- Setting up rooms
- Moving floor boxes
- Other maintenance duties
Hours: 7-7, 4 on 4 off, Days only
Salary: £42.2K as well as overtime, company benefits and more.
