Maintenance Plumber/Handyperson

I am currently recruiting for my client for a plumber/handyperson for a school. You will have a plumbing qualification as well as experience within commercial maintenance as well as be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance.

Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on site, including changing taps, pans, small pipe work pvc and copper, blockages, cisterns, water heaters, water checks as well as carrying out basic handyperson duties around the site, you may get asked to help out on other sites now and then, but van will be provided.

Hours 8am to 4.30pm.

Salary is 35K with call out 1 in 3 (paid for being on call as well as being called out) with overtime and company benefits.
